Release notes

Sync (Desktop, iOS, Android)

Fixes a number of problems with syncing through your Caffeinated account: events and calendars not reaching every device, deleted calendars coming back, duplicate calendars, and changes made offline being lost.

Sync history (iOS, Android)

Choosing a longer Sync history now loads those older events. The extra time used to stay empty however far back you scrolled.

Calendar views (iOS, Android)

  • Week view opens on the current week when your week starts on a day other than the default.
  • The week you navigate to stays put instead of snapping back to today.
  • The week containing a daylight saving change no longer starts a day early.

Widgets (iOS)

  • Event bars showed as empty boxes on a tinted Home Screen.
  • A widget could keep showing an old day instead of moving on at midnight.

Invitations (Desktop, iOS, Android)

Accepting or declining on a Google or Microsoft calendar now tells the organiser. An invitation opened from an email attachment still cannot, because it never travelled through your calendar account.

Opens the way you left it, and Ctrl+Shift+S toggles it (Cmd+Shift+S on a Mac).

Other fixes

  • Share Calendar is no longer missing from the calendar menu just after launch. (iOS, Android)
  • Changing only an event’s calendar and closing now asks before discarding. (Android)
  • Filters can no longer be saved with an empty name or pattern. (iOS)
  • View details was labelled Group Details in English. (iOS, Android)
