Privacy Policy

Caffeinated Calendar is designed with privacy in mind. Your events and calendar data are stored on your device first, and only synced to our servers if you choose to create an account. You can use Caffeinated Calendar completely offline with no account, and your data never leaves your device. When you enable sync, your calendar data is encrypted in transit. We store your events on our servers to sync across your devices, but we do not access, analyze, or sell your scheduling data.

Without an account: We collect no personal data. Anonymous crash reports may be sent if you opt in. With an account: We collect your email address for authentication and communication. If you subscribe, payment is processed by Apple (App Store), Google (Play Store), or Stripe (web). We store subscription status but not payment details like credit card numbers. When using sync: Your events, calendars, and related data are stored on our servers to enable sync across your devices.

Your calendar data remains on our servers as long as your account is active. If you delete an event, it’s permanently removed within 30 days. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Events on your device are under your control and are not affected by account deletion.
